COURSE : Cardio training on the trampolines SCHEDULE : Mondays from 5:45-6:45pm 12 weeks from September 14 to November 23
COURSE DESCRIPTION : The trainer will use the trampolines and other fitness tools and accessories to help with the workout. Trampo-fitness is an intense, simple and efficient workout. The trainer will adapt the session based on your physical capabilities.
